Assuming that ICAI is gonna squeeze the passing percentage(tough checking) this time, the guys who have cleared both groups will find it easier to get better jobs with better pay in the next campus.

Disadvantage,

Till now, they might have been studying for exams. So, they would need to do "something credible" to justify how they spent the time between "Nov 2011 to August 2012".
