Well lets ponder over about just 3 things we enjoy about our Audit Firm and 3 things we do not. However before proceeding to have a discussion, let's stick to some basic rules.
The 1st guideline would be If you want to share your DISLIKES about your firm, you must also share your Likings.. the vice versa is not compulsory.
The Like and dislike should be restricted to just 3.
Please take care while sharing your Feelings cause it could hurt a colleague if he/she happens to be a CAclubindia member.
Ok now lets go about with my likings and disliking.
3 Things I like about my firm:
The Partners.. they are quite knowledgeable and are willing to share it when approached.
My colleagues.. Most of them are very hardworking and are cheerful.
The books and journals subscribed by our Office are good read and I enjoy reading them quite a lot.
The tricky part 3 things I dislike....
The preferential treatment given to some articles in allotment of audit.
The red tape in approaching the Partners to talk about matters issued to audit.
After lunch, no 1 cares to keep the table clean....
