2A mismatch
can 2A figures that are auto populated in GSTR 9 be less than the total of 2A for the year?

May be because , 2A is auto populated amount form GSTR 1 filed by supplier , same is reflected in GSTR9 total amount . so if supplier has not uploaded Invoices in GSTR1 difference will be in your books and GSTR2A .
