Can any person required to take registration under GST of his firm if the turnover of the same is below 20 lacs per annum.
Provided he has already taken registration of his second firm whose turnover exceeds the threshold?

ao if we have a registered business having turnover of 15 crores and a unregistered business having a turnover of 10 crores do i need to register mu unregistered business?

sorry please replace crores by lacs
if both the businesses are in same state then there is no need to apply for registration separately. however if unregistered business is in another state then you are required to get it registered

If A Taxpayer (PAN) registered under GST then the Other Business also under GST. No way for escaping without GST...
exactly, as the registration requirement under G.S.T is state wise that means if a person obtained registration under G.S.T in MP in respect of a business then all the businesses of such person in MP automatically gets registered .
