Donation received in the donation box of a temple can be transferred to Corpus fund or not????
If so then can u pls tell me under which section or case law or something like that.
Pls suggest me regarding that.

YES U CAN TRANFER IT INTO THE CORPUS FUND.IT IS DECIDED IN A CASE LAW BUT RIGHT NOW M NOT ABLE TO RECALL.BUT IT IS 100% SURE THAT IT IS A PART OF CORPUS.PROVIDED THE DONATION BOX DOES NOT CARRY ANY INSCRIPTION THAT IT IS A DONATION BOX FOR ANY SPECIFIC PURPOSE.
