Its for making foriegn remittance of currency..its required by bank and certified by CA to check compliance with the tax laws
Form 15CA & Form 15CB is required to be furnished when any remmittence is made to a person foreign national.
Form 15CB shall be authenticated by a Chartered Accountant & thereafter form 15CA is required to be filled & submitted online.

If a company wants to pay the invoices of overseas membership whether TDS should be deducted on such payment or not.........????????
