Can I file 14-15 Yr return if they received notice u/s 142(1)

Without notice from ITO...... it is of no use......... & CPC transfers the file to ITO.

On the contrary, ITO may open the return for detailed analysis.......

Better to reply the notice as per the query under compliance. And yes, if asked for .... you can file the ITR u/s. 142 (1), but check for the section under which notice is served....

if she is earning income from her skills or talent or others then you can file otherwise club into the parent income who is having higher income . if there is no such income of the minor then there is no need to file. However if they do not agree then file return manually i. e. submit ITR manually at income tax department
