139(9) error code 311

Dear All,

Got a notice from income tax department 139(9) with error code 311 stating Balance sheet details to be filled. Last year filled 0 for all following, but this year got the notice. Please help to reply. 

Amount of total sundry debtors             - Don't have any , will put in 0   
Amount of total sundry creditors           - Don't have any , will put in 0
Amount of total stock-in-trade               - Do we need to include the portfolio value here ? Or can be left blank as they are used for investment.
Amount of the cash balance        - Is this only the cash in hand or need to include Saving account balance as well ?
