13 documents issued GSTR1

• ADD DOCUMENTS ISSUED 
• SAVE 
• RE-GENERATE GSTR1  SUMMARY 
• WAIT FOR 5 MINS FOR UPDATION 
• SUBMIT & FILE 

TELL ME ONE THING THAT WHETHER DOCUMENTS ISSUED SHOWN INSIDE THE BOX OR NOT??
IF YES, THEN U CAN FILE THE RETURN 

Dear Naveen,

Today this option not working well. after click save button it automatically deleted the typed data.

Showing inside the box after 2-3 sec it disappear

The same has been communicated with help desk at GST. They are in the process of resolving the query

But we cant wait for long time because we have to file within due date i.e. 10/01/2018

and from tomoorow it can be GST Website Hang or not responding normally.

I am also having this Error in entering Documents issued during the period in GSTR 1

1. For some clients, data entered in last week only appears, I am not able to update.

2. For new entering of details, the data is not saving at all.

The data is there when saving, after generating GSTR 1 summary, the data entered disappears. I tried so many times. But the result is same.

Anyone resolve this issue, reply me.
