You should call the ICAI article section Department. They will tell exact status. 

within 60 days 

contact ICAI and also confirm that does ur boss had received any letter.. because the same letter is dispatched to both article and boss...

Yes,

you should go to the chapter office where you deposited the form, they will tell you the deficiency. And you have to deposite some documents. Go there as soon as possible.
