yes can do procure  without custom duty but conditions of import is available for them for more information read the para 6.6 (a) to (e) of foreign trade policy-2009-2014.

and par para 6.9.1 of the policy, they will be positive net foreign exchange earner.

Dear Ramesh,  Thanks for the reply.  But our problem is we are importing for re selling the same in the domestic market.  I wonder whether it is legal or not? could you pls clarify this
