"Sheeple" comes from a combination of two words: sheep and people. The term is used to describe those who voluntarily acquiesce to a suggestion without critical analysis or research. They undermine their own individuality and they just blindly follow the leaders.

There some things you can do to not only avoid living as a sheeple, but enjoy a full, prosperous and exciting life.
Here are a couple of the fundamental principles that sheeple tend to miss:
Rule 1: Know what you want in life.
Know what your goals are, define your values, develop your own vision. Don't allow yourself to be brainwashed by media and commercials thinking that you need "this Car", "this Outfits", and "this Gadgets" in order to be happy.
Set your own goals. Learn how to achieve them.
Rule 2: Make informed decisions.
Here comes a huge aha-moment: just because it is posted on the Internet doesn't make it true.
Right now we google everything. How to file a return, how to make an audit, how to become healthy etc.... There are ends of examples and illustration you can find on your own. Right..??? Even i'm one of them.
Learn how to do a research. Get information from multiple sources. Become a detective in search of valid information.
Here's a shortcut: find people who already did what you're trying to do. Nothing beats personal experience.
The important thing is to become aware of our tendency to follow the leaders.
