CCI Online Learning Shipping Policy
This policy is applicable to all the users (hereinafter referred to as “Customers”) registered on the CCI Learning platform (hereinafter referred to as “CAclubindia”) and by ordering products/sessions on CAclubindia unanimously agree and abide by all the terms mentioned below.
Pen Drives and Printed Material such as books will be referred to as “Tangible Products”. Term “Shipping” means transfer or movement of sold Tangible Products from CCI to the User’s (hereinafter referred to as “Customer” or “User” or “Buyer”) destination. “Shipping Source” means the CCI’s present location from where the Tangible Product/s is/are shipped. “Shipping Destination” means User’s or Customer’s Postal Address provided to CAclubindia at the time of placing the order.
All the Tangible Products sold on and through CAclubindia will be shipped by a reputable courier company and they will be solely responsible for the delivery of the product. CAclubindia will take the utmost care of shipping the right products to the right Users and also will make sure that all the packaging material used for shipping the product will be of the best quality and correctly packaged in order to make sure that the products reach the Shipping Destination undamaged. CAclubindia after shipping the products will share or notify the Courier Tracking details to the respective users via mail/phone/sms. All the shipments, under usual circumstances, will be dispatched within 24 – 72 hours after the order has been placed. Note – The dispatching may take up to a week until the Covid-19 Pandemic sets off.
Replacements are available for the Users who receive a Damaged Product from CAclubindia. You can get a replacement within 15 days of delivery at no extra cost. The 15 Days Replacement policy is applicable to only Pen Drives sold on Caclubindia.com.
All the Tangible Products should be returned in the original condition you (User) had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:
In the case of Users receiving the wrong product, they can claim for replacements of the products.
Users can claim replacements for Software failures as well. However, the User has to first report an issue via email (Support@caclubindia.com ). If the issue cannot be corrected remotely then the replacement request can be accepted. CAclubindia holds all the rights whether to refund the order in all the above cases/claims or replace the products with the new/fresh/genuine products. All the claims for replacement of Damaged Product/s, made by the Customer/s on CAclubindia will be notified to CCI support team.
Damaged Product/s will be shipped back to the CCI’s location in an original condition either via reverse pick up by the Tutor or Customer will be asked to ship it back to the Tutor location. Any physical damage to the Tangible Product by the User while using it or due to the mishandling of the product will not be covered for replacements or returns under this policy.
Only CAclubindia reserves the right to cancel any order at any given point. You agree not to dispute the decisions made by the CAclubindia in this regard. In the case of cancellation, the entire amount will be refunded to the Customer. The mode of refund will be chosen at the time of refund and will be conveyed to the Customer directly.
