Works contract GST levy

One of my client real eastate and builder. now pls tell me, how to levy gst in thiese 3 cases from 1.4.2019:
1. if Advance received before construction start, final amount received after completion.
2. Advance received middle of the construction.
3. Total consideration received after completion.
