Why icai is collecting service tax on exam fee?

while filing exam form ca final fees is 3300 i made payment via card and i found that total fees increased by Rs. 19.47

its labeled as service tax.

 

since service tax is abolished and GST is now in force why our institute is collecting such service tax?

I think it is bank who's collecting for online payment facility
