one person invested whole amount in new company and title as director (not managing director)
how many ways he can withdraw amount from company for his investment? he needs as monthly income how it show in accounts?
We have a Pvt Ltd company with 4 directors from a the same family.since last 5 years we are not doing any business under the same Pvt Ltd company.suppose if our share capital is 50 lakhs.and the balance in the current account is 80 lakhs.then can we remove some amount from 80 lakhs.
