Voluntary winding up of a BSE listed company

Hi forum,

Can you please share your views as how to wind up a BSE listed company by members' voluntary winding up? Is there a process by which the company gets delisted by initiation of winding up process.

Without first delisting from BSE, I would like to know how to wind up the company and simultaneously it gets delisted.
