A company manufactrue a product in orissa and transfer those product to Punjab Depot for sale purpose. Please advice me on the VAT element on the same. Whether CST will be charged on stock transfer or VAT receive on sales will be transferred to Orissa or VAT receive in Punjab will be paid to Punjab Govt. Please cleaer the picture.

You can make transfer with Form F without any tax but if you are transfering without F form then CST will be charged as it will become CST sale and you will not be able to take credit of tax element.
