I am a farmer and I want to do part time business. In which I sell photo frames and gift items. But now I have a startup, so I have to shop for my business only two or three times a year. And maybe if my products are not sold every month, then in such a situation, I take GST because GST is mandatory for selling online merchandise. So my question is that if my product is not sold or man is not purchased in any month, then what is the provision of filling GST for this?

you can take Voluntary Registration under GST

and if there will be supply (sale) then you have to pay taxes

but once you applied for the registration then you need to comply with all formalities of GST (returns filing even if there is NO sale in any year)

U can take GST registration. I their is no sale in any of the month filing NIL Return is easy. So you would not find any difficulty in compliance with such regulations.
Under the GST Regime, filing GST Returns is mandatory. Even if there is no sales in a particular month, you have to file NIL GST RETURN for that particular month. Keeping on filing GST Returns timely otherwise Late Fees will be levied under Section 47(1) of the CGST Act 2017.
