Yes service tax is a inclusive part in payment of tution fees and it has not specefically excluded in 80C so in absense of inclusion it is always allowed as deduction.

yes..tution for 2 children can be claimed as deduction under chap VI A up to rs.150000.
but only individual tax payers and not HUF or companies

Yes . Service tax portion of tution fees is allowable as deduction u/s 80c but for 2 children.

I assume that, It may be possible that tution fees may consist of other development fees etc. In such a case only tution fees to be taken. And service tax on whole cannot be included in the tution fees while claiming under 80c.

and tution fees of self, spouse or only two children can be claimed, up to the maximum of Rs.150,000
