Tuition income ...u should file through it r 4 and should fill p& l Ac. Very simple show income and other exp.like books periodicals etc. It will be helpful in long run
Tuition Income can be shown as Other Income. ITR 4 js required to be filed.
I think you should treat your income from tuition as income form other sources and for this purpose 'ITR-1" is most suitable. Following link is helpful to understand it. https://cleartax.in/guide/whichitrtofile Also, ITR-1 has been attached herewith. Fill it and after validate it, you file your return online. However you may also opt for filing return by physically submit it in your case.
Itr 4 is easy to file or itr 1 in my case......
U should file itr 4s
Itr 1 is perfect for tuition income, as tuition incomes are Income from Others Sources, since you are student.
Also in terms of ease , Itr 1 is easy compared to Itr 4. Go for Itr 1 without worrying much. All the very best. Still if you have any query or need my help in filling Itr, drop me a msg @ 8655698288 or Email: Mejoshivivek @ gmail.com. I'll be happy to help you
Thankx all for ur valuable reply I want to file itr 1.....and if I have any query regarding itr1 I will ask u.......

It is treated as Income from Business to use ITR4,Prepare Acutal Income & Expenditure, Balance Sheet.Show Proper adequate assets in Balance Sheet. Do no make weak balance sheet for first year.

I m not having a Institute I just give tuition home tuition and I don't think I need to make a balance sheet,,,, and I thought I treat it income under head other source is good.........
