Dear sir/madam,
A bill having amt more than 30000 with gst and less than 30000 without gst, I know tds deducted on the amt excluding gst. But there is a confusion whether tds liability arises here or not, because the amt excluding gst is less than 30000 and aggregate amt also less than 100000 as per section 194C.
Please guide me.
Thanking you

TDS limit to be considered excluding GST amount. No need to deduct tds in this case.
no need to deduct tax as value is less than 30000 before GST.since deduction of tax on get wud result in cascading effect I.e. tax on tax
amount for tds deduction to be seen excluding GST . hence in this case tds not to be deducted
It should be excluding GSsT
OK, thanks to all..
