I have purchased a software from a company and they gave us the bill of rs ₹91,000.
And that software is installed by some other person who gives us another bill.
So wts the tds applicability.

There are two points to be considered. Here gst is applicable.
If it is consultation of knowhow for software then tds is applicable on gross bill not on hdt part
If it is consultation of knowhow for software then tds is applicable on gross bill not on hdt part
