I need a clrarification regarding TDS apllication u/s 194 C to the Insurance premium paid to ICICI Lumbarod
Insurance policy is an contract between two people why we can't apply this provision for the sum paid to the Insurance companies

If u carefully interpretate the provisions of sec.194C, it is stating that For carrying out anywork.Insurance premium doesn't constitute work
Cannot deduct TDS on premium payment to insurance.
