17 August 2019Educational institution providing books to its students and it recovers the amount of books from student.The educational institution have not make any profit on it.it just collect the amount from students and pay it it vendor.whether the trust is treated as business trust or not?

If other conditions of the trust are complied as per its objectives, it cannot be called business trust.
