Are you paid Rs. 22701 as Cash payments to SGST...?

YES sir already paid SGST for Rs. 22701 & IGST rs. 84311.00 through Bank 

But, Above said Inputs. You don't want pay cash payments for SGST...!

I'm wrongly replied bcoz, I saw the IGST inputs as Rs. 267689...

BUT WHEN I WANT TO CLEAR THE  LIABILITY & CLICK OFFSET LIABILITY IN   GSTR3B RETURN , A ERROR MASSAGE SHOW " offset the IGST Tax liability before cross utilization of IGST credit against CGST & SGST tax liability".

Also note that i have put EXPORT sale  at OUTWARD TAXABLE SUPPLIES(ZERO RATED) colume in 3.1 at gstr3b return.
