By this example total input available to you as follows
IGST : Rs 20241 SGST 12568 CGST 12568
and you GST liabilities are : IGST 46800 SGST 16070 CGST 16070
these output tax liabilities at first will be adjusted from same category than balance will be paybale by you

final payment liability will be as follows:
IGST 26559 SGST & CGST 3503 each
CGST ( output-input) = 3000-23000= -20000
CGST ( output-input) = 14000
SGST ( output-input) = 14000
i have to pay 14000+14000= 28000-20000= 8000
So How i fil the challan on GST Portal
