Supplier not filed gstr 3B
sir my supplier filed only gstr3B ,and I claimed ITC as per 2A, now I received notice from authorities. and I found my supplier has not filed gstr 3B for last two year, is now I require to pay that amount ?

Yes you have to... otherwise tell your supplier to file returns.
You can claim ITC only based upon Invoice received by you not based on 2A as reflected on portal, if you have valid invoice then you can challenge
If it is reflected in 2A then you are eligible for the input. be aware you have to take submitted status as YES
Yes you can if you fulfill all other condition of section 16(2)...
