Is there any Study Halls in Chennai. Cuz, tomorrow icai reading hall won't be open and I need one,to discuss. I heard about Anna Library and Some US consulate or British Consulate Library - not sure.. Anyone, any ideas??

You can try out the anna library . Its quite good for a Day's study or two . U can get membership there to have access to the books too . Otherwise than that its free for anyone for an occasional study purpose .
