is standard deduction is available for only those person whose gross salary is more than 15.5 Lakh?
If not, if my gross salary is Rs. 7.5 Lakhs then will my tax liability Zero as per New Tax Regime?

As per wordings....only 15.5 plus will get standard deduction.....yet to conform fine print when released to be reffered

Standard deduction is available for new tax regime also . No restriction based on the salary income
