Speculative Business Income (Intraday Share Trading)

296 views 2 replies

Dear Experts,

I do have speculative income from intraday trading. As it is treated as business income. Please advise what are the expenses allowed in order to calculate net income from trading?

Whether STT (Security Transaction Tax), Stamp Duty, Brokerage, and GTS deducted on STT, or brokerage is allowed as expenses or not?

Thank you

All the expenses as mentioned above are related to the business income; hence allowed for deduction.

Thank you for your valuable suggestion,
