I have been unable to submit GSTR 1 for July till date.
I have been trying to upload the same since october 5,Please advise on next steps.
How should i communicate this issue to my customers and what should be their approach towards GSTR 2.

AS OF NOW ONLY GSTR1 IS BEING ACCEPTED ON THE SITE.. YOU HAVE TO WAIT TILL 31ST OCTOBER FOR FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS.. THE LAST DATE WAS 10TH OCT 2017
FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS, THEY CAN ADD THE INVOICE DETAILS IN THEIR GSTR2 AS MISSING INVOICES AND FILE THEIR RETURN..

It's really very bad condition to Consultants. Bcoz, We don't have any solution in our hand...
in my view please yourself and the systems error... Also write Twitter @ askGSTech and @ askGST_GoI from your clients mail...
