We have done the service for warehouse for the period from 01.02.09 to 28.02.09 and billing was done on 28.02.09. what is the percentage of service tax to be charged? whether at 10.3% or 12.36% or 01.02.09-24.02.09 at 12.36% and 25.02.09-28.02.09 at 10.3%.

You will have to do Split billing and apply prevailing tax rate.
in a singal bill 12.36%
if you are issuing two bill then up to 24.2.09 service tax 12.36% after 24.2.09 service tax 10.3%
