Service tax for third floor

sir, 1) I have rented ground floor which exceeds 10 lakhs/a and i am paying service tax for it. 2) Now i am renting third floor for business for 7lakh/annum , should they also pay service tax or not? Thank you.

Yes you have to collect ST on third floor rent also because threshold limit is not transactionwise rather asessee wise.
