Dear All,
pls. advise what should be done if the company has applied for striking of name of company under section 560 of the companies act to ROC delhi on 14-07-2008 with the audited balance sheet as on 30.06.2008 in physical form but didnot file any Form - 61 that time.
Thereafter there were no correspondence from companies side with ROC regarding striking off. now the company's status is still coming as active on MCA site.
What should be done now.
Should i File form - 61 with those documents or should i file a fresh application to ROC in form - 61 and then submit physical copy.
Kindly advise on the same.
