where is show the 100 rs in gstr-1?

Can't understand Your bill details. Above said values are items rate or tax rate...?
If items then where is tax rate..? If tax rate where is items rate...?

If you are add the loading charges in your bill the tax (28%) is applicable. Then you can enter it in 28% tax column as 881.25 + 246.75...
