Rules 370 views 5 replies

Respected Sirs,

As you know, one need not to pay 1% GST in cash if in p/y it has paid income tax more than Rs.1,00,000/-

my query is that paid in above sentence is in cash or adjusted through tds also.

means.. last year me humne 3 lakh income tax pay kia jo tds se adjust ho gya.. aur kuch refund bana..

rule 86b applicable or not on us this year,???

According to me tds is deducted and paid from my income by some other person so it should be allowed
Goods value, service value donot have any relationship with TDS of Income tax return. But ur earning income from which will b calculated for TDS purpose of Income tax.

Rule 86B not applicable as you paid Income Tax more than Rs 100000

Siri am gst registered, sales more than 50lacs

Tcs/tds rs 200000

Refund 164000

Rule 86B is applicable aur not

It is Applicable since net income tax paid is less than 100000
