Whether Compliance Related Filing can be uploaded from any user on mca??
Or it should be uploaded from the director signing the ROC forms only??

Whether signing director needs to register/update his dsc when the roc form is uploaded with another login ID??

DSC is required to be registered for the first time only and you can upload the form any user or from any login id.
