Resubmission message

Dear all,

I have filed Form INC-24 ,the mca has asked to resubmit the same with the following amendment

The same has been taken on record and filed. The com. has filed the latest returns. The com. has not filed Altered MOA and AOA with footnote. The applicant to give the declaration that the company has not defaulted in payment of matured deposits/debentures and interest thereof .

What kind of footnote are they referring you.
