I am leaving on rented house on 1st floor, house owner leaving at ground floor. I want to start selling ready made clothes on eCommerce websites. It is necessary to provide GST to these e commerce sites. In registration of Gst their is requirement of providing the address detail of business. I want to provide the address of my rented place as address for business and i can provide the rent deed as address proof for GST registration. So please guide is their any specific clause/line needed to add in rent deed for providing the address as business address?

Please also tell as i just starting selling on eCommerce so the total earning way below to requirement of GST so what will be scenrio of GST for me. Will i have to charge GST to customers on eCommerce?

kindly check whether the E-operator on whose behaf you are supplying goods is Collecting TCS as per Section 52 , if Yes..then In term of Section 24 you are mandatory to obtain Registration even though your aggregate turnover is below 20Lacs

Thanks sir, I have gone through their complete registration process Gst is necessary by amazon but i want to know that if eCommerce collecting TCS then will I got refund for the tax?

and the simply house rent agreement is enough to provide the house as address for business?
