Renewal commission of a deseased agent

Hi....,

Which ITR Form should be used while filing returns for a female client whose sole income is the renewal commossion receives from the LIC of India for the business that her deseased husband had done as an agent till his last breath.

Can her income be treated as plain commission or pension?
