(1) Private Company can be regd. as NBFC Company

(2) Govt . may hold the share in NBFC Company

(3) First Company has to be incorporated then It has to apply for the NBFC Registration with RBI.

(4) Apply to the RBI in the Specific Form, which is avialable on the RBI Site, with necessary attachments.
