Rectification of mistake under 154 or not

Dear Experts,

On behalf of my client being a HUF i have filed rectification request under 154 online after getting intimation under 143. relevant to Asstt.Year 2014-15

Subsequently today we received rectification intimation under 154 by the CPC Banglore wherein again the deptt has made mistake by not giving TDS credit as per 26 AS for which we applied for rectification originally.

Now query is whether such rectification intimation issued by the CPC which received today can be again rectified by filing rectification request under 154 a fresh now or not (i.e. rectification intimation or order under 154 can be rectified again)

I dont know the legal provision but i have filled rectification request of intimation u/s 154 and i got rectified intimation.

yes you can rectified, no issue, u have another option with ITAT also, dont worry

You can file a rectification request again. but also look for tax credit mismatch option

No. You can file another Rectification ONLY once the previous one is processed in CPC. You will get an Order u/s 154 once the Rectification is processed. To view the status of your e-Filed Rectification, LOGIN and GO TO ‘My Account’ → ‘Rectification status’.
