One my client taking following amounts from the buyer of flats
1) Normal Amount for sale of flat

2) AEC AMC Legal Charge( this stands for Agreement fees incurred on behalf of buyer electric deposit made to the electricity department and fees paid to Municipality for Service provided)

3) Maintenance charge ( stands for fees taken for the maintenance of the building till in handover to the society)

4) Maintenance Deposit ( seperately charged & deposited in Society A/c the same will be handed over to the society)

now what is the liability of GST in all above cases

whether the same is considered as its income ( all four) ??

where to show this in GST returns?? specially in GSTR 1
