Puzzling question

I will light the cigarate by removing the tobacoo from the cigarate.

its easy i will dip one cigratte in water and it will certainly become heavier than other....so the other cigratte becomes light.... 

all attempted well.  but i must say sanjay is genious.

I was wondered with sanjay's reply.....this was a good example of common sense! isnt it?

I will ignite the lighter, then the boat is lighter and it will be saved.
