If your income is more than 15000/- you need to registered under professional Tax in Karnataka , however some amendments were made form 1/4/2023 , so check out amendments and for benefits of Karasamadhana scheme by visiting Karnataka state commercial tax dept web site http // pt ,kar ,nic ,in . Hi
Now PT salary limit in Karnataka is Rs.21000/pm.
Any employee more than 21000/ salary alone comes under PT.
But If you have earlier years comes under PT (,15000 salary limit), you need
file nil return monthly even now also.
