Dear Freinds
I am facing one unique problem. When I am trying to register my client on income tax site for e-fling purpose the site is not allowing me to do so saying that the tax payer is already register, but my client is filing the return first time & he has not register on the income tax site so far.
When I treid Rest pasword option they are not ready to send the new password on my or my client's email ID as those ID's are not register with them.
Kindly guide me how to deal with the situation.
