I am trying to pay Income tax of last year (A.Y. 2011-12) using online payment (link:https://onlineservices.tin.nsdl.com/etaxnew/tdsnontds.jsp) .
Afterwards, I am redirected to bank's website, where I fill passwords and other measures etc. But at the very last step, a message is displayed "Transaction not allowed". This has been happening with me since morning. What could be the problem and how can I pay the tax?

Ypu might not be having Transaction Rights for net banking from that particual bank or ther might be insufficient balance in the account. please contact bank for the same
I ALSO FACE THIS PROBLEM ON 30-09-2011 FROM 5-8 PM BUT I DONOT TRYING AND AT LAST AT 9.45 PM I SUCCEED TO PAY THE TAX. SO DONOT LOSE HOPE TRY AGAIN

i m using ICICI net banking, which i use quite often (but never used for tax payment). and I am also having sufficient balance. anyways, i m still trying
