Just wanted to clear your doubt regarding the difference between a private limited and a limited company. A limited company is the one where the members are not liable or their personal properties are not liable for company's debt while private is generally prefixed with limited company.

A company registered or incorporated for the purpose of charity , commerce, science, research, religion and other such purpose can be incorporated as a limited company without adding or prefixing "private" to it.
such company is not required to offer diivdend to shareholders but can indeed make profit or earn income.
