Dear all,
A friend of mine want to start an Educational Institute as a "Partnership Firm" at Dehradun. He also want to "issue Certificates and Diplomas" for the courses he want to start in the name of the Partnership firm. Is he eligible to to so? And if YES will the Ceriticate and Diplomas he is issuing will be recognised.
Please help

Concerned govt. bodies have to recognise the educational institutions. otherwise no valid such certificates issued by a private firms.
